Kern & Associates Physical Therapy provides our patients with unique access to a wide range of state-of-the-art rehabilitation equipment.

Our facilities include a warm-water exercise pool, a ceiling mounted suspension system for patient un-weighting, Pilates reformers, and a large, fully equipped gym. Kern offers a wide variety of services including sports injury & prevention, pediatric therapy, pre and post natal therapy and neuro-therapy.

We are conveniently located in Santa Monica at the north-east corner of Wilshire Blvd. and Yale Blvd., easily accessible from the I-405 and the I-10 freeways. Entrance to our underground parking can be found on Yale St. We do not validate parking. Street parking is also available on our adjacent streets Stanford St. and Yale St.

From the 405 S Freeway
Exit (West) Wilshire Blvd > Stay driving WEST (towards the ocean) on Wilshire Blvd. > Approximately 2-miles west of Bundy Blvd. cross street > Right on Yale St. > Right into first driveway.

From the 10 E Freeway
Exit (NORTH) Bundy Blvd. > Make a left onto Wilshire Blvd > Right on Yale St. > Right into first driveway.

You can also transition onto the NORTH 405 and follow the From 405 N Freeway directions.

From the 10 W Freeway
Exit Centinela Blvd. > Make a left at the end of the ramp > Make a right onto Bundy Blvd. > Make a left onto Wilshire Blvd > Right on Yale St. > Right into first driveway.
